We have rented many villas over the years, and #502 in Formosa Gardens is certainly an exceptional property. The villa is beautifully decorated and so well stocked - from the vast kitchen supplies to the abundant towels/linens to the essential baby equipment to toys/videos/books for the kids - not to mention the wonderful pool/spa/patio area -we didn't want for a thing! The owners provided excellent instructions and a very thorough information book. A lovely, much appreciated touch was the provision of a welcome pack of groceries. How nice to arrive late at night and not have to run to the grocery store. We were all very sorry to leave and look forward to our next visit. What a fabulous place to stay! This home put the family back into family vacation with its excellent location and in home amenities. With the six bedrooms, pool, and gameroom everyone had a place of their own to relax, play or getaway. My family and I loved the townhome that we stayed in when we visited Disney. Two years ago we stayed in a Disney hotel, and the townhome was so much better than a hotel. It was great to have all the accomodations of home while vacationing. The clubhouse pool was great, and the home's proximity to the parks was fantastic. I think my favorite part was going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes - it made getting home and unpacking SO much less painful. Thanks for the great home! Villa 502 We spent 10 days in this villa and can honestly say that the location, content and size of the villa ensured that we had a holiday of a lifetime. We recently stayed in villa 515 and absolutely loved it. Having been to Disney many times in the past, we thought we'd change it up a bit and stay off sight. 10 of us stayed very comfortably in this gorgeous, impecable home. It never took us more than 15 minutes to be parked at any of the disney parks (less than 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom.) Villa 637 was beautiful! Our family loved everything about it and the calls we made to get a grill and heater for the pool were taken care of very quickly. The stroller and high chair were convenient and very thoughtful for traveling families. We found Prestigious Villas through a Google search. After talking to Nancy, who was very nice and answered all our questions, we went ahead and booked Villa 535. When we arrived, the house was great! The description on the web site was perfect and we are so happy, we will be back! Our stay at villa 724 was just wonderful. The villa is elegantly decoreated with an animal theme throughout and yet it is not repetitious or boring justsharp. We felt quite at home as all of the amenities were gracefully provided; yet we also felt as if we were in a "House Beautiful" home. Wow!!! What a beautiful villa. We will NEVER stay anywhere else again! It is amazing that you can have so many people in a house and still have peace and quiet! "It was the most enjoyable time." We just loved our vacation home. It was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had the most enjoyable time. The childlren enjoyed the pool so much. The bedrooms were beautiful. It was so relaxing. It was just like being in your own home. I'd do it again over and over.

"Wow! we did not want to leave the house." I have stayed at some of the best hotels you could think of and none of them compare to the beauty, cleanliness or comfort of this gorgeous home. The other half of our group rented another villa a couple of houses away and although they loved their house they were very envious of our house. Everything we needed was available in the house.

Villa 582 "perfect" I loved the house! It was brand new, well decorated, and confortable. It is wonderful to know that we can always trust in what is recomended to us. This is the third time we rent with Tim and I~m already planning next July, but next time for the whole month!!!

Villa 421 "Clean and Convenient" 5 min to Disney World and close to several reasonably priced golf courses. Well equipped kitchen and well maintained pool and hot tub. No bugs, clean and smelled good. Only thing wrong was that one bedroom had TV that didn" work but we were not there to watch TV.

Villa 582 An awesome Villa So Close to Disney!!! Well, our villa was everything we wanted and more! Of course it all started at home doing a ton of research looking for homes to stay in. But with presitigious villas, I got a real person who was based in Orlando, close to Disney, to talk to. This meant a lot, as some companies were based in other countries. Tim, the manager, was very professional and informative! He was also very patient and understanding when I changed my mind and changed villas from one to another. So this villa was so close to Disney, we enjoyed the pool, the resort amenities, and when we had a dying battery that wouldn't quit beeping going into the pool area, we were able to contact someone and they came right away to fix the problem. Thank you! And thank you again for making our vacation wonderful!!

Villa 420 This is a wonderful home, very nicely decorated and very clean. Enjoyed our stay there very much.

Villa 411 The best vacation home ever! This is the second time we rented from Prestigious Villas. This is the only way we will stay in the Orlando area. The house and amenities were perfect for everyone! We loved having time off inbetween Disney days to sit back and relax in our luxurious house! The kids loved the pool and rarely got out of it! It was located just minutes away from all the attractions we went to (Disney, Universal...). I can't wait for our next Orlando vacation.

Villa 638 "Wonderful Place to Stay!" We stayed with our children, grandchildren - 12 of us in all. We were very comfortable & didn't even use one of the rooms because our two young grandchildren slept with their parents. I could have stayed the entire vacation here without going anywhere. With the private pool & gameroom what more could you need. The beds were comfortable & the layout of the home worked perfect. We got groceries when we got there & cooked several of our meals which was so much nicer than eating out everyday. The decor was beautiful & we just had the best time. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation.

Villa 410 "The Perfect 10" From the moment we walked in the front door until the time we closed it behind us upon our departure, it really was an absolutely splendid experience. We are a family ranging in age from 17 to 70, and each one of us was so content and comfortable. We would love to come again!

Villa 583 "Great house to rent" Brilliant luxury house in a good location, it would be difficult to find anywhere better to stay. Close to all the parks, yet set in a nice select small development.

Villa 637 "A great week !" All my family really enjoyed time together and one of the reason was the wonderful villa with all we needed inside. Spacious rooms well decorated, kitchen well equipped, pool very cleaned. We recommend this place and hope that we will go back in the near future.

Vila 581 "Best family vacation ever" The house was beautiful, well equipped and set up to take all the hotel feel out of the vacation. It was like being at home...a much nicer home than my own...each evening. The pool was a delightful treat that we made great use of. The bedrooms were very spacious and confortable. The house itself was no time at all from Disney and Universal and there was plenty of conveniences nearby such as a Publix grocery store and a Target. The price I paid for a week in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable house was so far below what the multiple hotel rooms I'd have had to purchase, that I can't imagine staying any other way in the future.

Villa 582 "Quiet spacious and relaxing" The house had plenty of room. The pool as very clean and a lot of fun. Everything including the kitchen worked very well. Driving distance to Disney, Seaworld and Universal was quick

Villa 421 "Home away from home" The Disney Pool home was beautiful and perfect for my family of 3 children and one nana. The community was well kept, safe and friendly. The added benefit of having a kitchen in a home instead of a hotel room with none allowed us to eat a leisurely breakfast at home before hitting the parks and even an occasional home cooked dinner. The picture on the internet did not do the home justice in fact as it was even better in person. Each room was tastefully decorated and the boys particularly enjoyed the Disney room and games in the garage. We would not hesitate to make this choice again. It is far more comfortable and more affordable than a week's hotel stay. In fact my three year constantly asks me when will we be going to our vacation home again.

"Wonderful vacation in an awesome villa!!!" Villa 583 was awesome!!! Had plenty of room for 10 members of our family. The 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms made it much easier for everyone. Keyless entry is the way to go. Thanks for making our stay very comfortable while on vacation.

Villa 502 This House Has Made the Vacation Great This was a quote from my adult son as we gathered on the last night of our 7 day stay. Everything imaginable was included. The pool was pristeen, the property immaculate and it was truly 10 minutes from Wdw's gate. I have praised this property to my NJ friends as it was much cheaper than WD property for the space we had (there were 2 kids, 4 adults and 1 infant. A great choice!!!

Villa 638 "Awesome vacation villa!" I stayed in villa 638 with my husband, son,daughter-in-law,daughter,son-in-law, and four grandchildren, ages 4,3,2, and 2. The house was absolutely perfect us! It was wonderful to have my family on vacation together and all under one roof. My granddaughters fell in love with the princess bedroom, and my grandsons with the Mickey Mouse pirate bedroom. The house was immaculate and so very comfortable! we are now spoiled and will definitely stay in villa 638 for our next Disney family vacation!

Villa 411"Relaxing oasis" My family and I love Windsor Hills It is our second year staying at the resort. The villa we stayed at this year was just perfect! All the comforts of home and more!

Villa 410 "Wonderful!" We absolutely loved the house - it was a wonderful vacation experience. The pool and spa were fabulous! We will definitely stay there again!

Villa 545 "Family trip to Orlando" Everything was even better than on the photos. We were 5 adults and 3 kids and this house had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody that nobody feel like they are in each others space. Extremely close to Disney World and other Orlando attractions. Game room was a bonus and family enjoyed a lot of pool and air hockey games. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Villa 724 "fantastic villa" Beautiful villa in a prime location,excellent for the all important parks shops and restaurants,Favourite restaurant of ours was Outback for great steaks,Early arrival at theme parks (as gates open) was great for us as we had young children we were up early and got back to villa late afternoon shattered but was wonderful to relax in the beautiful surroundings.and have a swim.

Villa 642 "Family trip to Disney" Very happy with everything, location is perfect and tips to get to Disney using shortcuts saved us precious time. Never long to get in or out. Home was perfectly cleaned, everything we needed was there, if we ever go back, it will be our home again!

Villa 645 "True Vacation Retreat" This is our second time renting a Prestgous Villa vacation home, and again it did not diappoint. The home is contemporary, tastefully appointed, very clean.and made for a beautiful and comfortable stay. There is every amentie possible. Although we took this vacation in order for my children to visit Disney, with the pool, air hockey and Wii games it was hard to get the to leave, and with so many things for them to do it really enabled y husband and I to relax which was so different from renting a hotel room. I really loved the personal pool and jacuzzi which made it so easy versus packing up and going downstairs to a community pool every time th ekids wanted to swim. having sadid that we still had the option of the community pool with the great waterslide. In terms of the area, the location is perfect in that it is close to shopping great food, not too far from the beach and the theme parks. All in all, another absolutey wonderful stay!

Villa 576 "Definitely worth it - house was clean and comfy!" House was spacious, clean, stocked with what we needed. Neighborhood is nice. Security was appropriate - and friendly. Very close to disney. Much more convient than staying in a hotel room. Everything we needed was there!

Villa 420 It was the most wonderful vocation we ever had. The house it is just fantastic. We felt very comfortable. Better than a hotel I were able to stay everybody together at the end of the day, drinking, eating, talking. If I have to go back, I will certainly stay at Prestigious Villas again !! Thanks

Villa 411 "Wonderful" our stay at Windsor Hills was such a good surprise for me and my family. The house is very comfortable, the service was fantastic and the condominium is very beautiful.

Great Stay at Villa 535 We highly recommend this house. We had two families traveling together and this house was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. I've already referred a friend and we'll definitely stay here on our next trip to Orlando.

Villa 645 "This house fulfilled our every need. I would return!!" This hose was everything and more! I would definintely rent this particular house again. It was immaculate, furnished beautiffuly and had everything we needed.

Villa 642 Comfortable This rental was ideal for our 2 families to share. There was enough room for everyone and the little ones loved it. The pool, amenities, and location were great. It literally only took about 6 minutes to get to Disney Parks. Only suggestion would be that house be stocked w/ a few more necessities (i.e. shampoo, detergent, dishwasher detergent/soap, sponge, basic spices, extra toilet paper...)

Villa 638 Excellent Value This home is very conveniently located for the Orlando area attractions. The heated pool was a big plus as my grandchildren rolled out of bed and swam until breakfast and headed for the pool immediately upon return from the day's sightseeing. The beds were comfortable and the street quiet. We would definitely return to this home.

Villa 330 We had a great time. The townhouse we stayed in was great. Perfect for what we needed. Close to Disney. Great pool and playground.

Villa 724 We were very pleased with our decision to rent a house for the second year in a row. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for myself and 4 colleagues. It was a short distance from restaurants, stores and Disney property, where our work function was located. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Villa 583 Excellent value family vacation property Stayed in this property in February with family members (8) while visiting Disney World. Needed a property that had multiple suites and was close to Disney. Property exceeded all expectations for size of rooms and baths, comfort of beds and upscale amenities. Nearby restaurants, Walmart and Sams satisfied all food needs. The ability to all come back after a long day at favorite park and be together for drinks and talk made the vacation special. Only a short 10 min drive to Disney and a large dollar savings over staying on Disney property. Initial issues with internet service and pool heater were quickly addressed by the management company. Would plan another trip to area just so we can stay at this property again.

Fantastic Villa 645 We were all very pleased with the house and facilities. It was clean, spacious, well cared for, and tastefully decorated. All of the amenities were provided and of good quality and quantity. It was a good location; convenient to Disney, Discovery Cove, and Universal Studios. The gated community was a plus--very little traffic, quiet, and secure. We loved having our own pool and spa. Thank you for a great vacation home!

Great Vacation Home Villa 585 We had a great vacation home. We had all the conveniences in a great location. We did not want to leave at the end of our vacation. We would definatly recommend this place.
