My family and I loved the townhome that we stayed in when we visited Disney. Two years ago we stayed in a Disney hotel, and the townhome was so much better than a hotel. It was great to have all the accomodations of home while vacationing. The clubhouse pool was great, and the home's proximity to the parks was fantastic. I think my favorite part was going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes - it made getting home and unpacking SO much less painful. Thanks for the great home!

We recently stayed in villa 515 and absolutely loved it. Having been to Disney many times in the past, we thought we'd change it up a bit and stay off sight. 10 of us stayed very comfortably in this gorgeous, impecable home. It never took us more than 15 minutes to be parked at any of the disney parks (less than 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom.)
I highly recommend Prestigious Villas and look forward to returning in the near future!

This villa was beautiful! Our family loved everything about it and the calls we made to get a grill and heater for the pool were taken care of very quickly. The stroller and high chair were convenient and very thoughtful for traveling families. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

We found Prestigious Villas through a Google search. After talking to Nancy, who was very nice and answered all our questions, we went ahead and booked Villa 535. When we arrived, the house was great! The description on the web site was perfect and we are so happy, we will be back! We had a fabulous vacation in a Beautiful home.....we felt well taken care off and the house simply amazing!!! It had all the comforts of home and then some!!! I would highly recommend staying in a Villa for a vacation....it was so much better than the really expensive resort hotel we spent our last three days in!!! Our stay at villa 724 was just wonderful. The villa is elegantly decoreated with an animal theme throughout and yet it is not repetitious or boring justsharp. We felt quite at home as all of the amenities were gracefully provided; yet we also felt as if we were in a "House Beautiful" home. We have already recommended Prestigious Villas to many of our firends and workmates.!!!!

We stayed in 502 and it was wonderful! The house was spacious and beautiful. When we got there they even had milk, eggs, juice, coffee cake, and munchies which was all a pleasant surprise. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing at night after being gone all day. The garage is equipped with games including a pool table which my family enjoyed. When we left my son forgot his backpack. I called and they sent it back to us. I would HIGHLY reccommend this house to anyone!

The house and it's amenities were perfect for our family of 6 while on vacation at Disney World. The arrival package that Tim and Nancy kindly provided saved us from having our first visit at Disney World be the grocery store! The pool was great as was the outdoor spa. We had so much room at the end of a long busy day at the theme parks that I felt sorry for our friends who had crammed their families into one or two small hotel rooms. The house is very convenient to the parks. We have already recommended Prestigious Villas to others and hope to use them again on another visit in the future to Disney!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The home had plenty of room for all of us. (One of our main concerns) The pool was great as was the game room. The kids took full advantage!! The villa was great as was Tim @Prestigious villas, he was very helpful and if their is ever a problem they attend to it immediately. If you have ever rented a villa you would never stay at a hotel again. We go to Florida several times a year and would rent a villa from Tim again.

We were very impressed and pleased with our accomodations with Prestigious Villas. The rooms were comfortable and spacious compared to staying in a hotel. Having the private pool out back came in very useful. We enjoyed having time with just our family and away from crowds. Wow!!! What a beautiful villa. We will NEVER stay anywhere else again! It is amazing that you can have so many people in a house and still have peace and quiet! We stayed at 'Empress Gardens' villa in Formosa Gardens for 3 weeks. The villa is very well equipped with a great south facing pool and great hot tub. The location is ideal - just 5 minutes drive from 'Animal Kingdom'. We would definitely return.

We recently returned home from a week's vacation to DisneyWorld staying in villa 502. It was fabulous. We vacationed with my sister and her family and there was plenty of room for all of us! The villa was not only spacious but extrememly clean and well decorated. Our kids were excited to go to Disney but they were equally excited to go back to the villa to go swimming in the private, screened in pool. Everything was wonderful and it only took us 5 minutes to get to DisneyWorld. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone vacationing near Disney. We hope to be back soon!

What a wonderful house! We went to Florida for a family reunion. We searched for places to stay, including on site Disney. We stumbled upon the Villas at Formosa Gardens and couldn\'t believe the affordable prices. It was less expensive to rent a home then it was to stay in a hotel room at Disney. We rented this villa for a week from Villa Number: 520 Name: Kenneth and Catherine Peele We rented this villa for a week from 6/30-7/7/2006. The pictures do it no justice. This was absolutely beautiful. We had our son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren with us. The house was immaculate and the game room was so much fun. We all enjoyed the pool and I have to say our bed was heavenly. Our son did alot of the cooking and we did not ever require something that was not provided. We had our Dad's birthday party at the house and his friends could not believe how wonderful the house was and they were in their upper 70's. The outside of the house looks like it is quite small, however, when you walk in you just cannot believe it. Tim and Nancy were wonderful. I had never done something like this before and was a bit hesitate. If we should go their to the Orlando area again I would not look for any other houses unless they were Prestigious. It is now fall and we are sure missing the house. Go ahead and rent villa 520 you won't be sorry! Ken and Cathy Va. Beach, Va.
